Photographic Journal, Kathmandu by ERDEN Artisan

ERDEN Artisan, David Anderson, traveled to Nepal this past December to be introduced to the people weaving ERDEN’s pile rugs. Time away from the looms was spent meditating on the visual and conceptual contrasts of Kathmandu as a city in a landscape. These images were taken during his time there.

David immerses himself in many different art forms. For ERDEN, he is the metal fabricator and assists the founder with design.
